When SmarterWomen was founded in 2013, we created a clear mission: to continuously educate women and inspire them to make better decisions for themselves and their families. Women often face more financial challenges than men. Because of their unique situation, we help women get Smarter in every aspect of their financial lives. This includes dealing with family, marriage, divorce and retirement. With 1 out of every 2 marriages ending in divorce and the average age of a widow at 58 ½, we want to ensure that all women have the proper tools to help them succeed through the transitions of their lives. Retirement for women can be a very exciting but also stressful time. With proper planning, we can help take away the stress and turn the focus to enjoyment. We understand the important role that women play in their quest for financial independence.
